Roussillon Park is located just a short walk north of Chichester City Centre (approximately 1 mile, and fronts onto Broyle Road. The site is surrounded by a historic wall and can be accessed via the main entrance on Broyle Road itself.  At the heart of the site there is a large green available for all the residents to use.

The site is located within walking and cycling distance of the heart of Chichester. Local services include a convenience store and post office. The site is well served by local bus services and a car club is being created for the benefit of the residents.

Chichester is just 90 minutes from Central London by train, and is a very short drive away from the stunning south coast.
